Last Day of June

What a busy and wonderful month this was!
These are a couple of Noah & Matilda blocks I made for the month of June.
I just loved making this laced up Pineapple!

Followed by a sweet and simple wreath block.

Next month I will begin hand quilting some of my finished blocks.
I've decided to put this top together using a Quilt as you Go method.
I'll share more details as I move along on this project.

Wishing all my U.S. friends a safe & happy July 4th Holiday!!!

Every quilt tells a story....

  12. Beautiful blocks, Doreen. I'll be very interested to see your hand quilting when you start that part of the process. Hand quilting is something that I have never done but would love to learn and start practicing...on smaller projects, of course.
