A few Small accomplishments

I was busy last week finishing up a few "small" things.
The little framed quilt shown in the picture above is a gift I made for my friend Angie for her birthday. The pattern is called Dawn till Dusk

It's 5" square, made up of 72 pieces of fabric and is hand quilted.
I even put a small binding on the quilt. (I think it looks much prettier framed)

And here are just a few of my latest little red Janes.

I also managed to complete 2 more 5" applique' blocks for my Dutch Treat quilt.

As you can see, the first week of April was all about Small accomplishments for me. I hope all of your projects are turning out Grand!

every quilt tells a story...

  2. Wow 5" square is tiny with all those pieces! It photographs much larger than what it is. Small also does not necessarily mean quick either. Nice finish!

  5. Is Dawn till Dusk made with the twister template? If it is, it's the best mini twister I've ever seen!! Must me the fabrics... just yummy! If it isn't, it's still one of the best mini's I've ever seen! I'm stuck on the fabrics you used! (Is it one of your patterns???)

  7. 5" square! So cute, and it could pass for an antique block.
