Scrap Basket Sunday

Hi Everyone,
It's been another week of busy activities around here.
But I did manage to eek out a hexie star block for Scrap Basket Sunday.

I had fun playing with this one. Below is a picture of the civil war reproduction fabric I chose. I really love the ribbons and florals in the pattern. I plan on using this fabric to complete 1 of my D.J. triangle blocks.

So now there are 3.

At some point I will need to pick up the pace, but for now, I'm content with my progress.
Wishing everyone a very HAPPY SUNDAY!

  11. i have some yardage of this fabric - but in that star - amazing! love it. Saw a cool quilt at the dear jane retreat where she used the same fabric for all blocks but with a different fussy cut for each one -really fascinating results - that you could get so many looks using one great print.
