Another Finish



Well it's official...we had the warmest March on record here in VA.
I really liked the large wind-swept blooms in these red & taupe prints.
I chose them for this block because they seemed to be a perfect match to the unusually warm & windy weather we had during the month.


every quilt tells a story....

  1. I like the fabrics you have used. The pops of color with the redwork don't overwhelm the stitchery but complement it.

  4. Love your fabric choices too! The colors really do compliment the redwork. Beautiful! West coast weather went from a warm winter to a cold wet Spring. More coming in this week... some of the ski resorts are staying open until the end of April!

  10. We have had a very early spring here in Iowa...we might see fall in late July ....hope not!!!
