Update on Strolling thru Paris quilt

I finished all the center 9X blocks of my Strolling thru Paris quilt this weekend. As you can see from the sneak peek photo little miss Mya approves!
Right now the center section measures 57.5" square.

Tomorrow is my Swirly Girls Club Meeting at the LQS.
I will pick up the rest of the fabric I need to finish this project then.

every Quilt tells a story...

  2. How fun! I see Ms. Mya is a little jealoused and wonder if that's honing to be hers?

  5. It's just lovely, reminds me off looking through a garden trellis. Mya is very good to stay on her cushion admiring your quilt, my cat would be lounging around on top of it.

  8. Love this pattern and fabric. So fun! Must be something about birthdays - I started a new quilt back in February when I turned 50. Hope your special day was as good as mine.

  9. Hi Doreen...I haven't been around much lately...been busy doing work for mags...fun, but takes all my time.
I am in love with this quilt! It is simply stunning. The colors just pop...can't wait to see it finished. You are just such a talent!
In answer to your question...no, I haven't started the Dear Jane...yet. I am going through fabric...and wool. Didn't know I had so much...now it is all in one place!!

Hope you have a wonderful week..We had another 20cm (approx. 8 inches) of snow last night...very lovely, but not in April!! We are all pretty sick of it now...
    Hugs, Nancy
